Overview

Your background in intelligence analysis under the National Intelligence Model gives you a strong foundation in structured analytical thinking, threat assessment, and the intelligence cycle, which are directly relevant to this role. However, the position requires deep technical knowledge of cyber-specific frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, SIEM platforms, and threat modelling tools that are not part of standard policing training, meaning you would need substantial retraining to compete effectively.
