Are you an experienced conveyancing professional with a strong background in compliance and an interest in legal technology? We’re partnering with an exciting AI-powered conveyancing law firm seeking a Head of Compliance to help shape the future of legal services.
As Head of Compliance, you’ll combine your residential conveyancing expertise with compliance, regulatory knowledge and emerging AI technology. You’ll support AML frameworks, risk management, file reviews and the development of smarter, technology-driven ways of working.
The ideal Head of Compliance will have strong residential conveyancing experience, a current practising certificate and knowledge of AML, CDD, source of funds, file reviews and relevant regulatory frameworks. Experience supporting compliance functions such as Deputy HOLP, Deputy MLRO or COLP/MLRO would be advantageous.
