We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our South Australian Investigations unit as the *Investigation Support Officer.*You will work closely with our Investigations team, wider corporate services team and Divisional Managers in ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations.

About You

We’re seeking a passionate and driven individual to work as our Investigation Support Officer, specifically supporting our Investigations division. We perform personal injury investigations across the whole of SA for clients including large corporations, government entities, self insured companies and for the legal profession.

We are ideally seeking full time candidates who want to make their mark on Procare’ s expanding SA operations and assist us to excel in this State’s portfolio management. Candidates with 4 days availability will be considered.

Experience with operations, administration, customer service and portfolio management will be viewed favourably. This is a face paced role, so an ability to multi-task and adjust to urgent client requests is a must!

The role will include a variety of support, portfolio & coordination tasks such as:

  • Responding to enquiries via phone and email from both internal and external parties;
  • Updating our valued clients on the progress of investigation cases & managing portfolio aspects including timeframes, SLA requirements, workflows & resource capacity management;
  • Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
  • Liaison with suppliers to coordinate required services for investigators;
  • Data entry and administration within our Saas case management system;
  • Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution; and
  • A myriad of other interesting support tasks that may be required!
