Procare’s Investigations practice is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing South Australian team, based in Adelaide. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to lead a growing team of investigators, analysts & administrators and take full responsibility for the operational requirements of our South Australian Insurance Investigations practice.

The Role

  • Work with the Executive Directors and wider management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan for South Australia’s Investigations portfolio;
  • Oversee the team’s day to day Investigation & Intelligence performance deliverables, ensuring consistent timely, value-laden and customer focused service delivery;
  • Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and client satisfaction, particularly for our large government and insurance Scheme contracts;
  • Manage our People – as an operational leader, you will support the career growth, education and development of our diverse team of investigators & analysts; and
  • Ensure we operate to best practice with regards to regulations, codes, fraud identification & industry expectations.

This is a full-time role at our South Australian office in Adelaide. Each candidate is welcome to discuss their requirements for flexibility of location and work arrangement.

About You

  • Demonstrated operations management experience within relevant sectors such as personal injury insurance, legal/law, financial services, fraud/criminal, workplace or government investigations;
  • An influential leader, good communicator and driven individual with a desire to manage the operational aspects of a large insurance investigation practice;
  • Excellent organisational skills, an unwavering focus on client timeframes & SLA requirements, and a dedication to achieving performance metrics;
  • An ability to work with others effectively to obtain desired outcomes, demonstrate initiative and assert professional judgement as required;
  • Be committed to our clients and their individual missions & values; and
  • Have a keen interest in insurance investigations, cyber, litigation or fraud/risk management.
