A growing financial services organisation is seeking an Operational Resilience & Third Party Risk Specialist to join a highly visible governance function.
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience across Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Incident Management and Third-Party Risk, while working closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape key governance frameworks.
You'll support resilience initiatives, enhance supplier oversight, contribute to board-level reporting, and help the business navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
- Support Operational Resilience and Business Continuity activities
- Coordinate incident reporting, root cause analysis and lessons learned reviews
- Conduct impact assessments and identify critical business services
- Monitor key third-party suppliers and support vendor risk activities
- Assist with supplier due diligence, onboarding and contract reviews
- Prepare reports and documentation for senior management and governance committees
- Support policy reviews and framework enhancements
- Track regulatory developments and assess business impacts
Ideal Background

You'll also bring
- Experience working within a regulated environment
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Experience preparing governance, committee or board-level reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The confidence to challenge and support stakeholders at all levels
Experience within Insurance, Financial Services or another regulated sector would be highly advantageous.
