You have spent years managing complex operational environments under pressure, coordinating multiple teams and responding to incidents — this role directly calls on that command-and-control mindset, especially as Deputy Chief Warden and Comms Officer for emergency response. Your experience running shifts, handling risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with procedures maps onto the contractor management and legislative compliance duties here, and the stakeholder engagement with courts and tribunal staff is similar to the multi-agency liaison you already do.
