Job Description*
Take ownership of a diverse property portfolio and help deliver safe, efficient and high-performing facilities.
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations across multiple sites
- Establish and oversee maintenance schedules
- Responsible for asset maturity and lifecycle planning
- Effectively manage contractors and suppliers through procurement, contract management, and performance monitoring processes
- Ensure compliance with WHS, building and essential services requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property and/or facilities management
- Strong contractor, supplier, and stakeholder management skills
- Sound understanding of WHS, building compliance, and essential services
- Organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and projects
