We are seeking an experienced and influential QHSE & Security Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security programs. As the QHSE & Security Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and expert guidance across all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security. You will work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to embed best practice, manage risk, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include

• Leading and executing the QHSE & Security strategy across the business.
• Driving a proactive safety and security culture where everyone takes ownership.
• Ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
• Managing audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action programs.
• Monitoring and analysing performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Providing expert advice and coaching to leaders across multiple sites and functions.
• Leading security risk management initiatives to protect people, property, and assets.
• Developing and maintaining management systems aligned with industry standards and best practice.
• Building capability across the business through effective communication, engagement, and training.
• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements in operational performance.

About You

You're a confident and credible leader who can influence at all levels of an organisation. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and understand how to balance compliance requirements with operational realities.

You'll bring

• Demonstrated experience in a senior QHSE, Safety, Security, or Risk leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE management systems, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Experience leading investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence positive behavioural and cultural change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications will be highly regarded.
