We have a great opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Administrator to join our team in the London office.

As a Risk & Compliance Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our Risk & Compliance team, becoming a trusted point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders.

A key part of the role is supporting the client onboarding process, ensuring new clients are onboarded efficiently while carrying out thorough AML, KYC, sanctions, and PEP checks in line with regulatory requirements.

You'll be responsible for producing accurate, high-quality work, maintaining detailed records, and helping ensure we continue to meet our compliance obligations. As you develop in the role, you'll build your regulatory knowledge, confidence, and commercial awareness, using your judgement to support the team and contribute to continuous improvement across our processes.

Key Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing

✅ Support the end-to-end client onboarding process, carrying out AML, KYC, sanctions, and PEP checks.

*✅*Review and verify client information, resolving queries and identifying potential risks.

*✅*Keep onboarding records accurate and up to date throughout the client lifecycle.

*✅*Be a trusted point of contact for onboarding queries, providing excellent support to colleagues and clients.

*✅*Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and escalating compliance concerns where needed.

*✅*Help improve our onboarding processes by identifying opportunities to work more efficiently while maintaining high compliance standards.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What We’re Looking For

💼 Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in client onboarding, AML/KYC, risk, or regulatory compliance.
  • A good understanding of financial crime regulations and client due diligence.
  • Confidence using onboarding and screening systems, with the ability to review information accurately and spot potential risks.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and data accuracy.
  • A proactive, analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.
