Central London, 5 days a week in the office

Looking for a hands-on Risk & Compliance role where you can make a real impact?

Join an established and growing UK real estate lender with over £2bn lent to date and a current loan book of nearly £1bn. Operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, the business finances projects across the property sector, from development and land to commercial real estate.

You'll be responsible for

  • Managing AML/KYC onboarding and ongoing monitoring of complex borrowers.
  • Supporting investor onboarding and monitoring.
  • Helping strengthen regulatory compliance, including financial promotions.
  • Contributing to risk policies, reporting and wider compliance projects.
  • Working closely with teams across investments, originations, technology and marketing.

Who are we looking for?

Someone with 2+ years' experience in risk, compliance or financial crime who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and working across a broad remit. Experience in real estate finance would be useful, but backgrounds in challenger banks, alternative investment firms or legal practices could also be a great fit.

If you're looking for a varied role with real visibility, access to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to help shape a growing business, I'd love to hear from you.
