What you’ll be doing

Our Supply Chain Threat team plays a pivotal role within the CSO (Chief Security Office).

We protect against the supplier ecosystem cyber threat, ensuring that our suppliers meet and exceed our thorough standards. No two days are the same, and we grow with dynamic challenges and innovative solutions.

We provide actionable intelligence to internal teams and external suppliers. From threat intelligence and risk mitigation strategies to ground breaking security practices, we’re at the forefront of safeguarding the bank.

Working closely together, we interrogate data from different areas of the bank to uncover insights. Our Management Information (MI) should empower management and subject matter experts (SMEs) with actionable intelligence.

Our team is a vibrant mix of backgrounds and perspectives. We celebrate our differences because they fuel creativity and help us get results. We do more than simply crunch data. Our insights offer new perspectives, challenge the status quo, and support management and team members in making informed decisions.

In this role, you’ll

  • You’ll work closely with the MI and Intelligence leads in the team, deciphering and delivering excellent MI. Your clear opinions and good communication skills will develop our analysis and production
  • Seek out new challenges and develop your talent! Stay ahead of the curve through continuous learning
  • Transform raw data into intelligence. You’ll process complex information, test new procedures, and find ways to improve existing methods
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop visually appealing reports to support both tactical and strategic decision making

Use multiple data sources to guide our approach to supplier threats and risks. Challenge assumptions and inform decision-making.

  • Why join us?

We’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good. We’re focusing on the future, investing in our technologies, workplaces, and colleagues to make our Group a great place for everyone.

What we’re looking for?

  • A data enthusiast – minimum 12 months experience in data analysis, providing MI through Excel, Power BI, and an understanding of threat intelligence platforms and their practical applications
  • Excellent communication skills – whether it’s writing reports or engaging directly with colleagues and external contacts, your communication skills shine
  • You can translate data into meaningful insights – you know how to extract key information from data trends and present it in an easily digestible format
  • You have experience with Python, or a strong curiosity about gaining practical experience with it
  • A curious learner – embraces new challenges, is curious and open to learning. Keeps an eye on emerging data and MI innovations and evolving practices

An independent explorer – empowered to work autonomously, collating, analysing, and presenting data.

  • What will you get in return?

We’re not just offering a job – we’re inviting you to be part of something transformative. Here’s what you’ll gain:

  • Growth and Learning – you’ll have the chance to work with innovative technologies within a well-funded organization. We encourage continuous learning, growth and career development
