Property Services – Compliance Officer

F/T Permanent

35 hours

At Warrington Housing Association, the safety and wellbeing of our customers is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Property Services Compliance Officer who shares our commitment to creating safe, comfortable homes where people can thrive.

We are seeking an individual who’ll bring knowledge and expertise in delivering and supporting our compliance activities — including asbestos, electrical safety, fire safety, gas, lift operations and water hygiene to help us safeguard our customers and communities.

As part of the compliance team, your knowledge and expertise will support our organisation in meeting our statutory and legal obligations.

You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors and partners to ensure we maintain our 100% compliance target and continually improve the safety of our homes.

Beyond the technical responsibilities, you’ll play a key role in offering guidance, reassurance and support across our organisation and directly to our customers and ensuring they feel heard, valued and safe.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, compassionate and truly customer‑focused. As part of our small and supportive team, you’ll help shape the ongoing development of our property services, making a real difference to the lives of residents who rely on us to keep their homes safe.
