We are a care company who owns 9 care homes across the UK; including a domiciliary care company located in Swadlincote Derbyshire. We have an exciting new opportunity for a part time or full time Quality and Compliance Officer to join our busy Central Office team set within an established and successful organisation.

The role is based at our registered office in Swadlincote Derbyshire, however; we expect the successful candidate to spend most of their time visiting our care homes across the country carrying out internal quality monitoring inspections, which may include overnight stays at local hotels. A key part of the role will be to ensure that all of our nursing and residential homes are compliant in all areas. Knowledge of CQC regulations, HSCA, and infection control are essential along with knowledge and experience of working in a care home setting. Above all else you must be flexible and be able to work around service delivery needs.

Required Qualifications/Experience

· Experience of care home services.

· Knowledge of CQC Regulations and Framework

· Knowledge of Health & Social Care Act 2008
