Working as part of the existing Compliance Team, you will assist the Head of Facilities to manage a diverse property portfolio to ensure group wide compliance and continuity of service to support young vulnerable people and adults.

Key Responsibilities*

Manage Keys Preventative Planned Maintenance schedule through in-house CAFM system.

Manage various PPM contracts including Water Hygiene, Fire Alarms, EML & FFE, M&E, HVAC, Electrical and others.

Review / collation of all statutory certification onto CAFM System.

Progress remedial works identified from the PPM certification.

Monitor and manage the performance of PPM / Response contractors SLA’s & KPi’s

Meet regularly with PPM contractors, chairing review meetings and taking accurate minutes

Support with administration of Contractors and review contracts

To provide technical support to telephone and email requests from the business

Prepare and provide monthly regulatory reports.

Support with projects and other tasks.
