Outline of the role

To assist in the control, maintenance and improvement of the Hugo Management Systems.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the management of test equipment and the calibration database
  • Management of employee training records and the company training matrix
  • Update and maintain employee Digital HR files and basic HR admin such as staff inductions
  • Carry out monthly verification checks
  • Support the Systems & Compliance manger with Inductions of new starters
  • Providing day to day support to the Systems & Compliance manager for the management systems to maintain compliance to ISO 13485:2016, 140001 & 27001
  • Carry out internal audits
  • Help, manage, maintain and update internal & external document database
  • Liaising with customers as required regarding operational matters
  • Liaising with other Hugo departments as required such as the warehouse and planning team, to ensure a seamless and uninterrupted flow of production
  • Monitoring 5S and housekeeping activities, and enforcing Hugo policies in this regard.
  • Departmental compliance with Hugo Quality and Health & Safety policies, including the enforcement of these policies.
  • Raise, investigation and document complaints & non-conformances as required
  • Provide support to the Systems & Compliance manager for other quality activities as required and within training scope

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience maintaining or administrating an accredited management system such ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO27001 or ISO 13485 [Essential];
  • Internal audit experience [Essential]
  • PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages [Essential]

Package and Benefits

  • 40 Hours per week paid monthly in arrears
  • 20 days annual holiday to start

*Working Conditions*Work will largely be carried out at our premises in Stoke Prior but there may be the occasional need to travel to customer or supplier sites elsewhere in the UK.

Pay: £28,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
